As we step into a new year, everyone is beginning to think about New Years resolutions and goals for the year to come.
A big buzz word now is ‘self-love’, and I believe this can come in many different forms.
During my Yoga For All sessions, I like to allow my participants to experience being present and mindful, and carving out some time in their day to fully relax and renourish.
I believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of ability, experience, or age. All my sessions are catered for all levels, whether you are a yoga novice or a seasoned yogi!
I offer a wide variety of yoga styles including Vinyasa, Yin & Nidra. Plus, mindfulness practices that you can use daily to help bring calm and peace.
There are many different benefits to yoga, and these benefits are often subjective to the individual. Many of my participants find it helps them in many ways, and the personal benefits to you will become clearer the more you practice.
Some of the most common benefits of yoga include; reduction in stress, increased strength & flexibility and, improves mental health.
I believe that regular practice of mindfulness, meditation and yoga can bring a great sense of calm and can help when dealing with more stressful day to day situations.
I’m also a big advocate for regular breath – work, to also help when you may be feeling anxious or stressed.
