WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE THERE?
The Mumpreneur Diaries have created a mums retreat in Staffordshire for YOU. Being a mum is the BEST but also can be the hardest journey, where we often lose ourselves and can sometimes feel lonely. It’s time to take back your power, prioritise YOU and empower your life through celebration. This retreat will be a space for you to create, connect, celebrate and fill your cup up until it is overflowing.
YOUR RETREAT INCLUDES:

- Workshops to nourish your mind, body + soul (minimum 4 per day)
WHAT WILL I EXPERIENCE?
Here’s a snippet into what to expect
The full weekend retreat will allow you to create space for you to recharge, and nourish your mind, body and soul. You will spend time in different workshops such as yoga, meditation and art that will allow you to connect to every part of your inner Queen and focus on the present moment. We will spend time getting clear on your vision for your life and who you need to be to create that, this will allow you to step into every single day with passion and love. As an overnight guest you will experience a minimum of 8 workshops over the two days.
The onsite accommodation will be in the old farm house which includes a double room and a single room with a shared bathroom, as well as a double room with ensuite. (Please note if you are booking a single ticket you may be required to share a room). Your whole weekend will be catered for onsite by the fabulous Renata, from Nourish with Renata who is coming over all the way from Texas, USA. Renata will be creating a menu that will nourish our bodies and minds, while teaching us how to support our bodies natural cycles.
If you can only attend for the Saturday day, you will experience a minimum of 4 workshops including a fresh luscious lunch created by Renata. Both options are all inclusive with a FABULOUS goody bag to take home with you, but tickets are limited.
MEET YOUR SATURDAY WORKSHOP HOSTS
A Nutrition workshop with Renata from Nourish with Renata – Renata is an intuitive nutrition coach, global speaker, author, wife and a mom of 3 beautiful kids. Her mission is to empower women to nourish their bodies by understanding foods that work best for them, how these foods impact their energy, and redefining their relationship with food and their bodies.
Create on canvas with The Paint Club – Our classes are run by professional artists, they will guide you step by step from blank canvas to work of art. We provide all the equipment to turn the venue into a mini artist studio. Sit down, relax, drink in one hand, paint brush in the other, switch off, create and have a great time.
Yoga Flow with Susan from The Wellbeing & Wellness Coach – Susan is a master yoga teacher and wellbeing coach with a love of yoga grown through a practice spanning over 15 years. She loves exploring styles of yoga that help people to reconnect with their physical body, mind and emotions. She develops classes that allow students to calm the nervous system, build strength, develop stamina and cultivate sustainable energy in the body.
Sound Healing with Laura from Inspire&Connect – After becoming a Mum Laura Moss had lost her way and forgotten what truly made her heart sing. She embarked on a journey of self-discovery and reconnected to herself through healing past trauma and starting to live her life from love for herself and compassion for others. After the sudden passing away of her father earlier this year, Laura has found a new passion for sound healing. Through the power of sound, she has found peace, a new joy in the silent moments and a stronger connection to her mind, body, spirit and heart.
Your Saturday workshops will be followed by lots of celebration, connection and a 3 course sit down meal!
MEET YOUR SUNDAY WORKSHOP HOSTS
A Yoga and Meditation session with Marianne Baker – Marianne has been teaching Yoga and Mindfulness for the last 5 years (I have the absolute pleasure of working with young adults with learning disabilities). More recently teaching 2 classes at my local Yoga studio, Octavia and Om. For her, Yoga is the perfect way forward to find the best version of herself. Yoga is mind, body, spirit and soul. She can’t wait to meet you all to enjoy a relaxing and revitalising Yoga and meditation practice at the retreat.
Wreath Making with Jan from The Pretty Little Parlour – Jan is excited to share her extensive floristry knowledge and experience, as you lose yourself in creativity making your own Christmas (or not) wreath. Jan will guide and inspire us through the process for a beautiful, long lasting festive door decoration.
Dance with Gill from Class One Dance Academy – After performing for over 10 years, being a backing dancer to many well known celebrities, Gill decided to open Class One Dance Academy in 1995. Since then she has put on many shows, guided solo dancers + teams to win numerous competitions including the European & World championships. She can’t wait to provide a fun + sassy dance class for you.
Lucy will be hosting one final workshop with you that will have you leaving full of love, inspiration and zest for life 🤍
